“We had a great time – the cottage was perfect. The instruction for the clay pigeon shooting was excellent, and given the army competition they had on the day it was great that we were not overlooked and felt like we had as much time as we wanted. The rage buggies proved to be the biggest hit though with everyone really getting into it and commenting on the quality of the cars and the track. I think that facility is already very good and clearly expanding and improving with new catering facilities going in and a clear decision to provide some off track entertainment too. Thanks a lot for you help in sorting things out – I know it was a bit of a rush job in the end, but it all went perfectly as planned and the use of the TV really made a difference for the quieter moments of the weekend”

“Having had a couple of days to recover from our weekend away in the Peak District, I would just like to pass on how much fun we had on Saturday. There were a couple of minor hiccups, namely an unexpected dump of snow on Saturday and having to spend an hour pushing our car onto the main road meant we were a hour later than we should have been to the clay pigeon shooting ground. We had called ahead to explain but the people there were very accommodating and we were still able to shoot our full 25 shots each. When we arrived for our 3pm slot at the go-karting, I think they had expected us a little earlier but they again were very accommodating, let us do 25 laps in the standard karts and 25 in the faster ones as an apology. Please could you pass on my ‘thank you’s’ to both centres for their flexibility and all round good staff! All my family and friends really enjoyed the activities and I will recommend you to other friends if visiting the area! Thanks again!”
