HDK Events Ltd collects and holds client personal information relating to bookings of accommodation and events in accordance with current data protection law and this policy. Clients agree to passing on their information to HDK Events Ltd as part of the booking process. We only use personal information given freely by the client to discuss an enquiry or booking, or for marketing purposes directly from HDK Events Ltd.

As HDK Events Ltd is a booking company we will share your personal data with trusted third-party suppliers directly involved in your booking. If necessary it may be given to comply with a legal obligation, such as a lawful request from government or law enforcement officials to meet national security, law enforcement requirements or prevent illegal activity.

The information will be held electronical using GDPR compliant software and the computers used to access this information are password protected.
The information will only be shared with third parties that are involved with the client booking.
Debit and credit card details are directly put into our credit card merchant (WorldPay) software and no physical or electronic copy is retained.
Personal information will be held only for long as needed to meet any legal, statutory obligations. Information which is no longer required will be disposed of.
