HDK recognises that you may wish to incorporate conferences with activities, locations and may require catering and transport. You may be looking for a full day experience or overnight accommodation. We can build you a whole package around your needs.
We want to do all the hard work for you. Not bad, eh. We’ll present you with a clear and concise proposal, and we can tweak it as much as you want until it’s just the ticket. You will only deal with your designated HDK team member from start to finish – let us speak to venues, suppliers, caterers and transport companies so that you have a smooth hassle-free experience without interruption.
You actually get to enjoy your event, safe in the knowledge any last-minute amendments or changes will be dealt with for you. We also offer you the option of having one of our team members present to keep things running like clockwork.
