Come along to our dance studio where Emma and her team will teach you and the girls how to dazzle with your newly found aerobic skills!

Our friendly fully qualified and insured Instructors will set the vibe with pumping energetic music in the fully kitted out dance studio – it really is a funky & exciting experience

Have you got some lively songs that bring back memories of when you were all growing up or holidays together? Bring them with you on a CD and we’ll include them into the routines!

Please note this activity is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant

Your session will last 90 minutes, and you can choose to do ANY OR ALL of the following styles
