This is actually one of the best activities available in Derbyshire and the Peak District that you can book if you want to get members of your workforce to communicate well with each other. It’s been designed to be a really hilarious was to get people to actually think about what they’re saying to their colleagues. The key to getting round our off road 4×4 course in one piece while being blindfolded is to completely rely on and trust your navigator. If you’re joining us as an inter-department day out we recommend mixing staff from different departments to work as teams in this activity. It’s absolutely guaranteed to start all manner of hilarity between the driver and passenger – a superb corporate group activity for any team building away day or staff day out!

So just in case you didn’t exactly follow what’s going on here, we blindfold the driver of one of our 4×4 off road vehicles (usually Land Rovers) and let the passenger give directions to get round the course. There are obstacles which you need to try and avoid, and all this is against the clock, so you’d better not hang around either.
