Located in a stunning countryside village, you’re able to book one or both properties as required. Each is ideal for families, stag & hen weekends, birthday celebrations or a base for your Derbyshire / Staffordshire holiday. There are enough bedrooms, facilities and reception rooms for all your guests, with ample parking for several cars.

No expense has been spared in fitting both properties with high-end fittings and furnishings. The rooms are spacious and airy, and they’re well appointed with everything your fellow guests need.

These high end properties are perfectly located, and are only a short drive away from the majority of our activities. They’re also only a skip away from Hoar Cross Health Spa, and approx 20 minutes drive from Alton Towers. This makes the location ideal for stag & hen parties in particular, but also for any family gatherings. And if you want to head into the neighbouring cities, Derby, Nottingham & Stoke, along with numerous towns and villages are only a short drive away.

Both properties have large kitchen and dining areas, with all amenities included as you’d expect. Outside of the properties there are large open areas, patios and lovely countryside views.
