2 bedrooms – bedroom one has a double bed and a bunk bed, and bedroom two has 2 bunk beds. Lounge with double sofa bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with WC, sink and bath with shower over.
3 bedrooms – bedroom one has a single bed and bunk bed, bedroom two has a single and a bunk, and bedroom three has a bunk bed. Large lounge with double sofa bed and dining table with patio double doors that open out to view the surrounding countryside. Well equipped kitchen. Downstairs WC with sink and shower, and upstairs bathroom with WC, sink and bath with shower over.
2 bedrooms – bedroom one has 2 single beds, and bedroom two has a bunk bed. Lounge with double sofa bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with WC, sink and large sized shower cubicle. Lockable interlinking doors on both floors to Cottage 4.

Based on the grounds of our clay shooting ground in Derbyshire, these self catering Derbyshire holiday cottages are set in a picturesque courtyard. They’re lovingly restored barn conversions, all oozing charm, yet boasting all of the modern facilities you’d expect from today’s accommodation
They all have their own lounge with digital TV’s including Freeview channels, superbly appointed kitchens and bathrooms. And there’s wi-fi throughout the cottages

If you don’t like the idea of cooking, our on-site clubhouse cafe will be open to serve you with whatever you need! As for eating out, you’re spoilt for choice with a wealth of restaurants and decent pubs right on our doorstep. We’ll enlighten you of our local facilities upon your arrival
