We’re over the moon to announce that we now offer yoga classes. Wellness and well being has become such a defined part of our lives that we thought you would enjoy a little indulgence and serene time out – however hectic the rest of your time with us might be!
We’ll bring everything to you, whether you’re staying in one of our wonderful cottages, log cabins, hotels or you’re simply wanting to book a class to run in your own home. Whatever your choice of location, we’re going to need plenty of space to run the class. We can run the classes indoor or outdoors (depending of course on the weather!)
The sessions have been structured as a one hour yoga class, based on minimum guest numbers of 10 people. If you have less than 10 people then it will be fine to pay for 10 and they can still receive the class. Mats will be provided, or you can bring your own if preferred. Contact will be made with you prior to the class to ascertain experience, so that the class can be tailored accordingly
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. You may also want to bring a small towel with you just in case you sweat during the class. To fully experience the benefits of the yoga class we recommend that no alcohol is consumed before or during the class. Anyone who has been drinking may not be able to participate. We recommend drinking plenty of water before and after your yoga class. Please feel free to bring a water bottle to the class. We also recommend that you don’t eat just before the class
Your yoga teacher will be able to teach all levels of yoga and can cater to different experience levels within the group. The yoga teacher will arrive 15 minutes before the start time to set up, and to ensure the space you have set aside is sufficient. Please make your yoga teacher aware of any injuries or physical conditions prior to the class
