Glamping’s all the rage now, especially for outdoorsy stag and hen weekends wanting to stay in something really unique. Hotel rooms just don’t do it anymore (well not if you want to look like you’ve put some effort into this whole thing!)
So we’re tickled pink to be able to offer these fantastic glamping pods for the 2018 season, and they’re right in the heart of the Peak District. If you’re looking for an active stag or hen weekend, these pods is just the ticket
There’s a light and airy bar and cafe/restaurant on site, and the staff at the centre are prepped to discuss your groups catering and drinks requirements. There’s a music system which is linked into Spotify, so you can play all your faves while you’re getting on with some great food, drinks, fun and laughs. There’s also a separate smaller room which can be booked for a more personal dining experience if preferred for a 3 course meal or a buffet
Brand new with us for the 2018 season, there are 10 pods all next door to each other and each one sleeps up to 4 people. So we can look after groups of up to 40 people! Each pod has a WC and wash hand basin, and you also have the use of the lovely hot showers in the centre right next door. You can also use the centre for plugging equipment in, so now worries doing your hair for that big night out!
Now we know that even though you’re coming to the countryside you’ll still want to be able to use your mobile phones, so each pod has a USB connection to keep those mobiles and iPads charged. There’s wi-fi throughout aswell, so wherever you are on site you’ll be able to post those pics on Facebook
Access to the pods is via secure keycard, and all members of your group get their own cards so you can come and go as you please
Fancy toasting some marshmallows? You’ll be wanting to use one of the designated camp fire locations on the grounds with wood trunk style seating then. The guys in the centre will help you make and light it if you need the assistance, as a team member will be on call 24 hours a day to support groups during their stay
